This dog is a devoted, protective and intractable dog with immense love and cares for his master. He can be sometimes resentful if your interest isn't on him. But Dachshund is fairly happy, sociable, funny and playful dog. He loves to be part of the whole lot and needs your special attention from you. This pet dog is a bold, tenacious, devoted, loving and protective. But he is not an outdoor dog, so shouldn't be left alone in a yard.

As its name “Yorkshire Terrier” or “Yorkie” is named for the city in England, where he was for many years. He is a fearless, energetic and assertive dog.
